By accessing or using any of the WeddingSolo services, whether as a visitor, registered user, or vendor, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the WeddingSolo Privacy Policy.
Terms of Service – WeddingSolo
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WeddingSolo as a Visitor (browsing) or User (registered individual or vendor), you affirm that:
You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
You agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and policies applicable to the services.
You understand that WeddingSolo is a wedding marketplace and listing platform. Any agreements or service transactions are strictly between users and vendors.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of WeddingSolo.
2. User Registration & Account Security
To access certain features such as submitting reviews, creating wedding websites, or booking vendors, users must register an account using a valid email ID and password.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and updated information.
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
Be solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
WeddingSolo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or false information.
3. Description of Services
WeddingSolo provides:
A searchable database of wedding vendors (makeup artists, photographers, venues, planners, etc.)
Wedding website creation tools for couples
Digital wedding invite design features
Astrology-based Kundali matching
A vendor portal for business listings and promotions
We may modify or add services from time to time without prior notice.
4. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or post (reviews, images, videos, profiles, etc.).
By uploading content, you grant WeddingSolo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and share the content across the platform and related marketing materials.
You affirm:
You own or have permission to use the content.
Your content does not violate copyright, trademark, or any laws.
WeddingSolo may watermark images to discourage misuse, but bears no liability for third-party infringement.
5. Vendor Terms
Vendors using WeddingSolo agree that:
They are solely responsible for all content, pricing, and communications displayed on their profile.
All services and bookings are between vendors and customers; WeddingSolo only provides listing and lead generation.
Any use of misleading information, copyrighted images without permission, or impersonation is strictly prohibited.
WeddingSolo reserves the right to delist or suspend any vendor violating the terms.
6. Reviews & Feedback Policy
Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences.
If a review is reported by a vendor, WeddingSolo will investigate and ask the reviewer to provide proof within 7 days.
If verified, the review is reinstated. If not, it remains disabled.
WeddingSolo reserves the right to remove fake, offensive, or unverifiable reviews.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You must not post or share copyrighted content without proper rights or authorization.

8. Spam & Misuse Prohibited
Users may not use WeddingSolo for spam, unsolicited messages, or unauthorized advertising. Any such misuse will lead to account suspension or termination.
9. Privacy Policy
WeddingSolo respects your privacy. Use of our platform is governed by the Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, stored, and used.
10. Security & Confidentiality
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify help@weddingsolo.com immediately.
WeddingSolo is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account confidentiality.

12. Termination of Use
WeddingSolo may terminate or restrict access to your account without prior notice if:
