WeddingSolo.com, WeddingSolo Vendor, and the WeddingSolo Bridal App on Google Play Store and Apple App Store are committed to providing excellent service and support to our clients. We offer a flexible cancellation policy, as outlined below:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is submitted within 24 hours of placing an order for membership. Any cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be handled according to our Refund Policy, which is updated periodically.

Please note that cancellations will not be accepted for services involving vouchers that were obtained through special discounts, offers during events, festivals, etc. These offers are time-limited, and cancellation requests will not be processed for such services.

Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your booking within 72 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to deductions for any services or legal documents already provided. To request a refund, please contact us within 72 hours of your payment by sending an email to support@weddingsolo.com. Once your refund request is received, the full amount will be credited back to your account within 5-7 working days, except during bank holidays, when the refund will be processed on the next working day.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 5-7 working days in case of cancellation.
